The Pearl-Qatar Aerial Composition
In this project, I performed advanced image manipulation using multiple high-resolution shots of The Pearl-Qatar, an artificial island located in Doha. My goal was to create a fully immersive aerial view that captures the island’s architectural beauty and coastal layout.
I began by collecting various aerial images of different sections of The Pearl-Qatar, ensuring diverse angles and perspectives.Using Adobe Photoshop, I aligned and blended these images to form a seamless panoramic composition. The process involved extensive use of:
Layer masking to merge the images smoothly without harsh edges.
Perspective transformation to correct distortions and unify the visual flow.
Color correction and toning to match lighting, sky gradients, and water tones across all shots.
Cloning and content-aware fill to remove overlapping elements or duplicate structures.
Detail enhancement to bring out key features such as Porto Arabia, Viva Bahriya, and Qanat Quartier.
The final result is a clean, wide-angle aerial perspective that presents The Pearl-Qatar as a cohesive and vibrant destination. This manipulation required a careful balance of realism and technical accuracy to ensure an authentic visual representation of this iconic location.
